Creating a just and equitable world means stopping further restrictions on abortion care in Nebraska, because the harm falls hardest on those who already face significant barriers to health care including those struggling to make ends meet, young people, BIPOC and rural individuals.

In recent years, Nebraskans have stopped multiple abortion bans. During the 2023 legislative session we were able to beat back an extreme, near-total abortion ban. After this win, anti-abortion politicians passed a deeply harmful 12-week ban. Let’s be clear, abortion access is a decision that belongs to Nebraskans, their families and their providers, not politicians.
